Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT)

Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) helps you manage tics (motor and vocal) by teaching you to notice early warning signs and urges for tics, helping you practice competing responses that cannot be possible to do at the same time as the tic, reducing triggers in your environment that could be worsening tics, and building coping skills that decrease your overall level of stress.
