Dr. Denese is a Columbia & Harvard trained licensed psychologist in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Texas, and 41 more states via PSYPACT (soon).

She received her Ph.D. from Columbia University and served on the faculty of Harvard Medical School. She has about 10 years of clinical experience.

Dr. Denese specializes in helping 20 & 30 something adults cope with stress, burnout, anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, trauma, and grief. She also specializes in supporting kids ages 2-17 with selective mutism, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD.

Most of Dr. Denese’s adult patients are ambitious, high achieving and in demanding professions, such as corporate and medicine. They are motivated to better understand their behaviors and seek therapy because they want to live happier, more fulfilled lives.

Given her background, Dr. Denese is especially passionate about providing therapy for South Asians, Asians, BIPOC, Muslims, and children of immigrants.
